The diversity of a town is enhanced by the people in it, so community involvement is key in maintaining a city’s identity. The Question Point is an innovative piece of street furniture that acts as a vehicle for dialogue between the council and the public. A question is placed on the Question Point, which can be updated regularly. The public are then invited to record vocally their responses which are collected on a website.
